The Beauty Instructor Training Program from ALBC School provides the hands-on training, practical experience and industry support it takes to become a valued leader in the cosmetology or barbering field.

 

This  program will allow those who are Barbers already to become Barber Instructors and those that are already Cosmetologists to become Cosmetologist Instructors.

Upon completion of the Beauty Instructor Training program, the student will be able to:

• Understand how to prepare and implement a lesson plan

• Understand and implement various teaching methods

• Understand the dynamics of a clinic

• Understand the diverse learning styles of students

• Understand student evaluation and testing methods

As a student in this program you will assist in the classroom as a student teacher and assist students in the performance of laboratory services. You’ll feel confident moving into a professional instructor position after gaining so much relevant, real world teaching experience during your program.
